Jen is one of the protagonists of the show. The story follows her getting a job at Reynholm Industries in the IT department despite knowing nothing about IT. Trust me; she knows ABSOLUTELY nothing to the point that you will question if she lived under a rock.
Here’s a clip from the S1 Ep2 :
Jen works with 2 guys, Moss and Roy, and while Roy is a cynical and sarcastically shallow man, Moss is a socially awkward guy. The absurd situations and interactions between the 3 are comedy gold. The show followed 4 friends in NY just going about in their life, trying to answer trivial questions that bothered them.
